Help for your next session.
Support and legal information for Gorilla Hub: Mods for Gtag, the independent iPhone and iPad companion for maps, cosmetics, profile pictures, and session planning.
Common fixes
Try these steps first. If they do not solve it, contact us and tell us what happened.
Elite access missing
Open the app’s Settings and use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. If the purchase still does not appear, contact us with the app version and a screenshot of the message, without payment details.
Cancel or manage a subscription
Open iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Gorilla Hub to manage or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Content or downloads are unavailable
Check your internet connection, reopen the app, and try again. Community mods may depend on external services or game rules; availability can change.
Save a profile picture
If saving an image fails, check the app’s Photos permission in device Settings and make sure there is free storage. The app asks for photo access when you choose to save.
Privacy at a glance
The app stores your collection, sessions, profile picture work, and preferences on your device. It uses PostHog for pseudonymous app usage analytics and error reports, RevenueCat for subscription access, and Google Firebase for content delivery. Apple handles payment.
The App Store privacy label lists purchase history, identifiers, product interaction, and diagnostics as data that may be linked to you for app functionality and analytics. Clearing local data does not erase analytics already sent or cancel an Apple subscription.
This website is served by Cloudflare, which may process request and security logs. We have not added website analytics, cookies, external fonts, or a form service. If you email support, we receive the message and information you choose to send so we can answer it. The full app policy remains at its existing published source.
